everything HelpDesk Major Release Life CycleThe standard EOL life cycle for all of GroupLink's major releases, such as 10.0, 10.1, and 10.2 is as follows: GroupLink will end Engineering (EOE, critical bug fixes and maintenance patches, NO Enhancements) of a major release one major release prior to the current major release. GroupLink will completely end the support life (EOL, no longer support or maintain the product) of a major release two major releases prior to the current major release.
*These dates will be determined at a future time. everything HelpDesk Minor Release Life CycleThe minor releases such as 9.3.4, 10.0.1, and 10.1.2 are releases with minor enhancements and bug fixes. These minor releases will be supported during the timelines of the major releases, according to the nature of GroupLink's release series, such as the 9.3 series, the 10.0 series, and the 10.1 series. |
